Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the amplifier or pedal in its original factory packaging, ensuring the unit is well-protected to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
