Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Fortin Amps gear and order process.
What is the typical lead time for amplifier orders?
Since our amplifiers are hand-built to exacting standards, lead times can vary. Standard production usually takes 4-6 weeks, while custom boutique builds may take longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your unit passes final quality control.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship Fortin Amps products worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their respective countries upon delivery.
What is your return policy for pedals and amplifiers?
We offer a 14-day return policy for pedals in brand-new condition. Due to the custom nature of our high-gain amplifiers, all amp sales are final unless a manufacturing defect is present, in which case it is covered under our limited warranty.
Can I use different power voltages for my amplifier?
Most of our amplifiers are built with universal power transformers or specific voltage taps. Please specify your region (110v/120v or 220v/240v) at the time of purchase to ensure your unit is configured correctly for your local power grid.
Are Fortin pedals compatible with both tube and solid-state amps?
Absolutely. While our pedals are engineered to push tube preamps into aggressive saturation, they are high-quality signal processors that perform exceptionally well with solid-state rigs and digital modeling setups.
How do I handle a warranty claim?
If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team with your serial number and proof of purchase. We provide a limited warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects; however, vacuum tubes are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
